TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR

CITY-WIDE TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM PLANNING DOCUMENT

Brief Description:  The City of Beverly Hills (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms interested in providing professional engineering services for a City-wide Traffic Signal System Planning Document. This request for proposal (RFP) contains project description, scope of work, evaluation process, general terms and conditions, and the City’s template for professional services contract.

The intent of the RFP is to solicit a concise proposal to provide services to develop a planning document for a City-wide Traffic Signal System and upgrade the existing Traffic Management Center (TMC). This includes inventorying traffic signal cabinets, needs assessment, equipment specification/estimate and a project implementation plan.
